My contacts have informed me that some of the Ashtech GNSS internal receivers use the serial number to identify the receiver, even if the same receiver model have two different serial number.

I’ve tried to find a solution for the last years, but I only found ways to modify the antennas of the GPS system. If you have a solution to use the serial number to identify the GPS receiver, please tell me 🙂
e.g. using “GPS_RF_TX” on the GPS receiver, via SPI, it can read the ASCII string of the serial number.
